Glucosamine: is classified as an amino sugar, unlike other forms of sugar in the body it is incorporated into the structure of body tissues rather than being used as energy. It is a naturally occurring connective tissue nutrient that is involved in the formation of tendons, cartilage & bone, it also improves the production of Hyaluronic acid or joint fluid thus facilitating lubrication.
